My own interest in real estate started early. I bought my first house at 21, my second at 23, and from there, the race was on. What began as personal ambition quickly turned into a long-term obsession with using real estate as a practical tool for income, tax planning, and wealth building.

Before moving into real estate sales, I was a top-producing mortgage banker, helping buyers understand financing, structure deals, and make smarter decisions with one of the biggest purchases of their lives. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how money, lending, property, and strategy all work together.

Today, I help buyers and investors approach Texas real estate with a strategy — whether that means purchasing a short-term rental, house hacking a small multifamily property, or finding an investment that fits their bigger financial plan.
